Ugene Nel -
After travelling and living in various countries for nearly 12 years, Ugene Nel returned to the South Peninsula in the Western Cape. After initially taking part in various Adventure races [AR], he started to organize shorter races for beginners. Soon, this led to organizing and facilitating team building activities for the Corporate market.

Ugene took part in numerous [200-500km] Adventure Races and competed in the AR World Champs, held in New Zealand in 2005. He still races and this provides him with ongoing ideas as well as keeping him fit.

Through his various adventures, escapades and sometime “narrow” escapades, Ugene learnt the value of “team work” and “decision making” - often whilst being sleep deprived and under [time] pressure.

The difference between a “couch potato” and an extreme athlete is simply a “decision”!
