FACILITIES:

A luxurious, self-catering brick, wood and thatch unit provides accommodation for groups of up to 12. Saltwater pool. Access is limited to guests only. Nearby, there’s golf at Pecanwood Estate and boating and fishing on Buffelspoort Dam.

If you are travelling from Johannesburg:
  • From Hans Strydom, take the R512 towards Lanseria Airport.
  • At Broedestroom (18km from Lanseria) turn left, and travel 9km to Pecanwood Golf Estate
  • 1km after the Estate turn right and cross over the dam.
  • On reaching the T-juction turn right and travel 4km to the fourway stop.
  • At the stop turn left, travel on the R104 to Mooinooi for 27km.
  • 800m past the village turn off, take the Barnardsvlei Road left.
  • (Please give us a call when turning on to Barnard's Vlei Road, so that we can unlock the 2nd gate.)
  • After 2km of tar road it will change to dirt, travel a further 2kms on the dirt road.
  • There will be number of signs on the left, Mamagalie Lodge, Barnardsvlei Four by Four Trails.
  • Turn left, and after 300m, past through a large green gate.
  • Follow the Mamagalie signs for 3.7km.
