Take the N1 Pietersburg (Polokwane) from Gauteng up to Warmbaths (Bela-Bela) off ramp (R516). Turn right at the Warmbaths Water Front. Take the first road left (Potgieter Street). Follow the road up to Chris Hani Street. Take slipway to the left into Chris Hani Street. Just past the entrance to Aventura, turn right into Grobler Road (direction Elandsfontein, Warmbaths Dam, Rankin's Pass). Carry on straight with dual carriage way. Road becomes Robertson. Leave Warmbaths after Tuintuiste on the left and carry on for 9 km on tar. Then turn right at Nooitgedacht sign. After 500m tar road becomes gravel road. Carry on straight for exactly 17 km. Turn left into Bateleur Nature Reserve at the sign opposite a small farm school. Carry on following the signs on the Reserve.
