[ OVERVIEW ]

On your bikeThis is a 4x4 trail that is also suitable for mountain-biking. The trail is in the foothills of the Maluti Mountains and offers a number of serious sandstone and rock obstacles, rapid descents and steep climbs. It’s definitely not for the novice cyclist as it is a 30km hard-core ride. Spectacular mountain scenery along the way provides the added bonus of game-viewing opportunities. Possible sightings include black wildebeest, blesbok, springbok, springbok, rhebok and zebra.

Off your bike
When not riding, indulge in some game-viewing, hiking or 4x4 off-roading. Alternatively, visit Clarens 14km away if you need a break from all that peaceful solitude.

FACILITIES: Four lodges sleeping 7 to 12 guests on a self catering basis. Some with Jacuzzi.
